Book

Autobiography by way of a confessional, this book is a ramble through the author's experiences, impressions, opinions and ideas formed over seven decards. This autobiography sees the author regret her failed relationships, financial mismanagement, folly and fecklessness. It also sees her celebrate success, achievements, courage and a lifetime of service as a nurse.

This book is a call for you to recognize yourself as a unique miracle of creation. It offers some cautionary tales and urges you to rid yourself of guilt, blame and shame and to think for yourself.

Exploring the eternal questions about the meaning of life e.g. 'Why are we here?', 'Is there a God', and 'Why is there so much suffering?', this book invites you to reflect on your own life, your truth, and your reality so you can shed your emotional baggage. It can also be seen as an exercise in vanity and self-indulgence.

'People’s lives are endlessly fascinating and Lindsay’s book is no exception… This heartwarming and quirky story tracing Lindsay’s progress through life, has really funny and poignant moments in it, as she searches for a way to make sense of it all and find out where to go next. Her observations on everything from nosey neighbors to entertaining a very famous pop star in her house really come alive and make a genuinely lovely read.'

Courses

PROGRAMME ONE (one day)

Forget Name, Shame and Blame and Get in the Game (the game that is your life)

This is a one-day session from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

We will explore the significance of your name and whether you want to make a name for yourself or whether you think you already have.

We will look at the crippling effects of shame and blame in order that they can be acknowledged and released as those emotional burdens will weigh you down.

We will use role play and use experiential techniques to lighten the mood and there will be some laughing yoga of which Sadhguru would not approve - he is justifiably concerned that the term should not trivialised.

Participants will be expected to attend for the whole day, but their involvement will be a matter of personal choice; some folks are more ready and receptive than others and we will have respect for where each individual is at.
